About Dairy Queen Menu

This site is an independent guide to the Dairy Queen menu, built for the person in the drive-thru line who just wants to know what things cost.

Why this site exists

Dairy Queen has never published a national price list, because nearly every restaurant is owned by a local franchisee who sets prices for that store alone. That leaves fans guessing, and most menu websites guess too, copying each other’s numbers until one wrong price ends up everywhere. We built this site to fix that: checked price ranges instead of one made up number, real calorie counts from Dairy Queen’s published data, and honest answers when a flavor is seasonal, regional, or gone for good.

What we cover

Every part of the menu, from Blizzard Treats and ice cream cakes to Chicken Strip Baskets, burgers, shakes, and the Texas only menu. We also track deals and coupons, the monthly Blizzard of the Month rotation, and the full menu history back to the first 5 cent cone in 1940.

How we check prices

Every price on this site carries a check date. We compare in store menu boards, the DQ app for specific locations, and delivery listings across several states, and when stores disagree, which they always do, we publish the range we actually found. The full method is on the how we check prices page.

Who we are

We are readers, regulars, and menu nerds, not Dairy Queen, and not affiliated with or endorsed by ADQ. We are the people who order extra gravy, who check the Blizzard of the Month on the first of the month, and who got tired of guessing at the speaker. If you spot a price that moved or a flavor we missed, tell us through the contact page. Reader reports feed the next check.
